  • AT&T v. Clover Technologies - defended ATT in a fraudulent conveyance/business corporation act action involving trustee's efforts to unwind a $10M LBO transaction
  • JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. v. Jefferson School Building - represented Chase in termination of collateralized lease of a charter school involving millions of dollars in property damage
  • Gail Duncan v. Ford Motor Company - successfully obtained dismissal of multi-million dollar dealer termination case related to Jerome Duncan, Inc.
